The unveiling marked the culmination of a lengthy process that began with months of digging and excavating, followed by the planting of honey locust, redbud and dogwood trees, along with flowering rhododendrons, azaleas, laurels and hydrangeas. Ramapo Police Seek Public's Help In Search For Larceny Suspect RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police are seeking the public’s help in locating a fugitive. Donnie Broadnax, 46, is wanted on a charge of petty larceny, police said. The charge stems from an incident that occurred in Airmont in May 2015, according to police. Broadnax is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed 230 pounds at the time of his arrest, police said.
