Police Continue Search For Missing Poughkeepsie College Student POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - Poughkeepsie Police continue to look for leads in their search for Rohan Brown, who has been missing since August of 2008. Brown was set to start his senior year at SUNY Albany at the time he went missing. He was last seen when his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation in New Paltz. Brown, described by police as a 5-9, 190-pound black male with black hair, was driving a 2001 blue Hyundai Accent with NY registration DPY-4895. The vehicle has not been located.
