A black bear was spotted along Street Road in Upper Makefield early Monday morning, April 29, according to township police. Authorities said the bear was between Lurgan Road and Windy Hollow Road. One person is in stable condition after being shot in the face in Philadelphia on Monday night, April 30, police told Daily Voice.
