Marlton's Christopher J. Lenegan, 30, Died Suddenly
Christopher J. Lenegan, of Marlton, died suddenly on Sunday, April 28 at home, according to an obituary published by Bradley Funeral Home. He was 30 years old.
The Philadelphia native's life "was one marked by love, kindness, and a warm spirit that drew people to him," his obit said.
Christopher was a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Church.
An avid outdoorsman, Christopher enjoyed fishing and cherished his trips to the shore, where he could be found casting a line into the water, hoping for a good catch, his obit said.

A man and a woman admitted to their roles in a shooting near an Atlantic City apartment complex more than a year and a half ago, authorities said.
Tawanne Williams, 42, of Philadelphia, and Jessica Bryant, 33, of Atlantic City, pleaded guilty to charges on Monday, May 6. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced their pleas in a news release on Tuesday, May 7.

A doctor from Philadelphia who has been working as a librarian at Princeton University but known globally for his scholarly work has died following a pedestrian crash in Scotland.
William Noel, 58, was struck by a Citroen Relay van in the evening hours of Wednesday, April 10 in Edinburgh, police in Scotland said. He was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where he died of his injuries on Monday, April 29, police said.

An Atlantic City man was accused of locking his ex-girlfriend in an apartment's crawl space, authorities said.
Gary Lockel, 54, was arrested on Friday, May 3, the department said in a news release. He was charged with criminal restraint, terroristic threats, simple assault, obstruction of justice, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
