There were stop-and-go delays on a stretch of I-95 during part of the Tuesday morning commute following a crash.
The crash, which blocked the shoulder, occurred on the southbound side between Fenimore Road (Exit 18A) and Chatsworth Avenue (Exit 17) in Larchmont with stop-and-go delayed to Playland Parkway (Exit 19) in Rye at 8 a.m.
