To commemorate "National College Decision Day" in the U.S., Holy Child's Class of 2016 wore their college gear to school, officially announcing their college choices.
Here are just some of the colleges and universities Holy Child's class of 2016 will be attending:
American University, Barnard College, Brown University, Catholic University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Duke University Fordham University, Furman University, Georgetown University, Harvard University, Howard University, Iona College, Manhattan College, Manhattanville College, Marist College, MIT, New York University, Pace University, Pennsylvania State University, St. John's University, University College Dublin Ireland, University of Notre Dame and Wesleyan University.
As Holy Child's founder Cornelia Connelly advised, "What one is called to do, she is called to do with all her might!"
"We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2016 at our commencement ceremony Sunday June 12," said Cathy S. Nolan, a spokeswoman for the private school located at 2225 Westchester Ave. near Route 120 in the Town of Harrison, bordering Rye.
