WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A Supreme Court judge has maintained the judgment of $2 million for the family of Connie Russo-Carriero who was murdered in a city parking garage in 2005, says News 12.
The jury reportedly made a decision that not enough on behalf of the city was done to avert the murder, according to News. 12.
