YONKERS, N.Y. -- The Yonkers Philharmonic will perform a free Independence Day concert at Untermyer Park on Saturday, July 2.

Conductor Tong Chen will lead the performance of patriotic music. 

In the event of inclement weather, he concert will be moved to Saunders High School.

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs and picnic under the stars. 

The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
