Developer Proposes 200 Apartments In North White Plains

ARMONK, N.Y. -- New Jersey-based developer JMF Properties, LLC is proposing the construction of 200 luxury rental apartments, according to The Examiner News.

The project was introduced at the North Castle Town Board's June 8 work session in North Castle Town Hall.

The developer has the contract to purchase 22 of the 36 acres at 1700 Old Orchard St. in North White Plains, The Examiner News reported.

According to The Examiner, the proposed high-end apartments would be for a project called The Vue.

A formal application has not been submitted, but the project was introduced at the North Castle Town Board's June 8 work session, said The Examiner News.

The project is targeted towards young professionals that don't want to own and families whose children have left home. The Examiner News reported.
