WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County residents could see scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
Sunny skies will prevail for most of the day on Wednesday with a high of 86 degrees and less humidity. Isolated thunderstorms could move through the area after 2 p.m. The chance for storms is 20 percent.
Sun and temperatures in the mid '80s will remain in the area on Thursday and Friday with a slight chance of rain on Thursday night and Friday afternoon.
Expect sunny skies and temperatures in the high 70s over the weekend.
