WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - The White Plains Generals Under-12 baseball team continued its dynastic run in Westchester youth baseball by winning its fourth consecutive title over the last two-and-half years.

The Generals defeated East Harlem (New York) 6-2 in a semifinal game then the West Side Hawks (New York) 1-0 in a championship game thriller to win the title Sunday. Zack Blot gave up and single run in the first inning and held Harlem scoreless for the rest of the way to post the win. Shane Regan blasted two home runs and drove in five runs to key the offense.

Colin D'Arcy pitched five shutout innings and Matt Halas came in to close the door in the sixth inning with no outs and a runner on third to earn the save in the 1-0 championship game victory.

The Generals scored the only run of the game in the third inning when Halas hit a ground rule double to right center and Regan followed with a sharp RBI single to right. The Generals fielding was error free, highlighted by two run-saving plays Jon Siwek.

Manager Wally Halas, General Manager Sander Gjokaj, Assistant Manager Frank Blot and coaches Eddie Hanratty. Finbar Regan, Tom O'Brien, Kevin Gillen, and Allen Flissler lead the Generals. The Generals roster also includes Brandon Flissler, Caleb Gillen, Matt Gjokaj, Justin Hanratty, Christian Koutsoubis, Tyler O'Brien, and Aidan McDonough.
