Registration Open For Strength Camp In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS,N.Y. -- ML Strength, a performance training center run by Dana Cavalea, the New York Yankees’ head strength and conditioning coach, is offering two, six-week summer sports camps for middle school and high school athletes.

Session dates are June 24 –Aug. 2, and Aug. 5-Sept. 13. The camp will be held at ML Strength's indoor facility located at 188 East Post Road in White Plains.

Athletes will dramatically improve their strength, speed, conditioning, agility and leadership skills.  The curriculum features daily 75-minute sessions (seven sessions to choose from), chalk talks on captain training, nutrition, college recruiting, sports yoga classes, and social outings to a Yankees game and the beach.

The training staff includes professional certified coaches and current college athletes. The fee is $1,099 for the 36 days of training and there is a $100 discount if you register before June 15.
