5K Event Will Raise Money For Trauma, Burn Center

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Fall is approaching and that means running season will be in high gear.

Westchester Medical Center will be the site of this year's 5K obstacle course/run.

So, now is the time to register for the Third Annual Evan Lieberman Westchester Medical Center Trauma Run. The event will be Sept. 22 at the Westchester Medical Center. Just like the last two events, this year's 5K obstacle course/run will challenge participants to run through the woods, scramble through mud, climb obstacles and navigate fire towers all within the center's Valhalla campus.

Money raised will benefit the Joel A. Halpern Regional Trauma and Burn Centers.
