The two "give back" days are March 27 and March 28, leaving White Plains students with three days off for spring break: March 25, 26 and 29.

After Tropical Storm Sandy caused schools to close for four days late last year, the district decided to keep schools open March 27, May 23, 24 and 28.

The Feb. 8 snowstorm that left nearly a foot of snow in White Plains forced another "give back" day March 28.
