White Plains Schools Cancel After-School Activities

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – All after-school and Youth Bureau activities were canceled Wednesday for the White Plains Public Schools. The schools will dismiss at the normal time.

A nor’easter is expected to arrive in the Westchester area in the late morning to midday.
