White Plains High School Students Honored At Women In Tech Luncheon

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Nine White Plains High School students were honored at the Women in Tech Awards Luncheon, held at the Tappan Hill Mansion and sponsored by the Westchester County Association.

All of the students were nominated by their science or engineering teachers as leaders who are interested in  STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields as a career. They were accompanied by science coordinator Margaret Doty.

The Women in Tech luncheon honors leading women scientists in the county’s technology and science fields, in celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
