NORTH WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Students in the Southern Westchester BOCES and Emergency Medical and Emergency Protection Service programs played "victims" in a mass casualty incident drill held Tuesday, Sept. 23 at the Boces Center for Special Services Rye Lake Campus in North White Plains.
Emergency management and medical services agencies from Armonk and North White Plains joined in drilling for the fictitious gas leak inside a semi-occupied school building, Building #2 on the SWBOCES Center for Special Services campus. The SWBOCES Center for Special Services is located at 1606 Old Orchard St., North White Plains.
