Peace OUTside Campus Gets Donation From White Plains Women's Club

WHITE PLAINS N.Y. – PEACE OUTside Campus, which supports educational programs designed to keep young people safe in college environments, has received a $7,500 donation from the Woman’s Club of White Plains.

According to its website, PEACE OUTside Campus has reached more than 8,000 students through programs such as the Teens ‘N Transition program , which teaches college-bound High School students about identifying high-risk situations and how to avoid becoming victims of violent crime.

PEACE OUTside Campus, also known as The Lindsey M. Bonistall Foundation, has been active for ten years. 

Bonistall, from White Plains, was a 20-year-old sophomore at the University of Delaware who was murdered in her off-campus apartment in 2005.
