The Gallery, which is open to the public about six times a year, presents formal showcases that display some of the best artwork in the area. Nearly 2,000 pieces of art are presented each year during two student shows and several public galleries from local exhibitions.

The student exhibitions explore contemporary stylings while also inspiring their development within the art community. A recent student showcase included photography, ceramics, and digital arts while an upcoming student exhibition will explore experimental work with drawings and paintings. The next student show will run from Nov. 3 to Nov. 28, including a public reception on Thursday, Nov. 6.

Public galleries often have different themes that explore modern concepts in the art world. A current exhibition, "Fusion: Art Inspired by Science," curated by Virginia Walsh from the Ann Street Gallery in Newburgh, integrates scientific methods with artwork. This exhibition includes sculptures, a sound installation, and other mixed-media works as it explores the relationship of art and science.

In addition to showcasing artwork, many exhibitions are paired with lectures, artist speeches, or workshops, all at no cost to the public. The Art's Gallery is opened from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
