WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Westchester Magazine named White Plains real estate agent Biagio "Gino" Bello as the county's best broker.
This is the second consecutive year Bello has won the honor.
“This acknowledgement is proof of the respect Gino has earned from his clients and the entire community,” said Chris Meyers, managing principal of Houlihan Lawrence, in a press release. “He is a remarkable asset to the firm and all of us at Houlihan Lawrence are proud of him for his achievement.”
In his 11 years in real estate, Bello has achieved more than $200 million in sales, and has an average 100.46 percent list-to-sale price ratio for single-family homes in Westchester County for 2014. Prior to real estate, Bello worked in corporate finance.
“We continue to be extremely proud of Gino and constantly admire his dedication, commitment and hard work,” said Geoffrey Berry, manager of Houlihan Lawrence’s White Plains office, in a press release. “His level of community involvement and knowledge is unparalleled, and is what draws so many Westchester home buyers to him.”
Westchester Magazine's annual list is chosen by readers and editors to showcase outstanding local businesses and professionals.
Bello and the other honorees will be celebrated at Westchester Magazine’s Best of Westchester Party Wednesday at New Rochelle’s Glen Island Harbour Club.
