The team was honored at the 25th annual Hall of Honor Awards dinner recently held at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hall Mansion in Tarrytown. This award program is designed for members of Building Owners and Managers Association, Westchester County, to recognize excellence in managers and revisit the high standards expected in building operations, maintenance, and construction.
1 N. Lexington Ave. is an Energy Star LEED-Certified Silver building with a co-generation plant that enables the property to produce 70 percent of its own electricity during the day. BOMA Westchester members nominate buildings or professionals based on criteria including the success and quality of curb appeal; lobby; typical multitenant floor and restroom; tenant office; mechanical room; sustainability initiatives (Energy Star, green cleaning, recycling); management staff interviews; leasing record (new deals and tenant retention level); tenant amenities; and tenant satisfaction survey results.
“It is a great honor to be recognized by BOMA Westchester for this award, which celebrates the success of our teamwork in making 1 N. Lexington Ave. a property of high caliber,” said Molloy. “We are fortunate to have experienced 100 percent retention, which serves as a testament to our team’s hard work.”
