Dylan Garner, 43, pleaded guilty in the home invasion, which occurred in June of 2015, according to The Advocate. The paper's report said a woman was working at her home when she heard the doorbell ring. She ignored the ring, figuring it was a package dropoff. Garner, who has been labeled a "gentleman burglar," entered the home shortly thereafter and demanded her gold. He pushed her into a bedroom, fracturing her arm, and tied the woman up with a fleece jacket.

Garner faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in jail at his sentencing in April. Garner has prior convictions of burglaries in the area, and has 25 arrests on his record for offenses including  burglary, larceny, drugs and probation violations, the report said. Click here for The Advocate story.
