Ferris was born June 13, 1912, in Yonkers. She worked for Otis Elevator Co. for 50 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Ferris and three sisters, Eleanor Joyce, Mildred Schaefer and Gertrude McIntee.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m., Thursday, at F. Ruggiero and Sons Funeral Home in Yonkers. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:45 a.m., Friday, at St. John the Baptist Church in Yonkers. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Yonkers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Church.
