WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Colliers International has been retained by the Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of Manhattan as the exclusive leasing agent for Monument Corporate Park in White Plains.
The four-building, 550,000-square-foot campus at 333 Westchester Avenue is the former headquarters of General Foods. It includes a 39-acre, self-contained campus located at the crossroads of the White Plains central business district and all major local highways. It offers a total of 195,300 square feet of available Class A space. Up to 80,000 square feet is contiguous.
The new leasing campaign is led by Cohen Brothers’ director of leasing Marc Horowitz, who oversees the Colliers International agency team of Eastern Region Vice Chairman Joe Cabrera, Vice Chairman Robert Tunis, Executive Managing Director Al Gutierrez, Senior Managing Director Ian Ceppos, Director Stephanie Coleman, and Associates Cameron Paktinat and Caroline Hanson.
“Monument Corporate Park is a tremendous, repositioned asset, with stable ownership, and a prime opportunity for local tenants and those seeking a value-driven alternative to Manhattan,” Cabrera said.
Tunis added that the offerings at this multi-tenanted complex are ideal for corporate headquarters, non-profits, branch offices, or technology and research back-offices, among other uses.
Amenities at the campus, available to all tenants, include a 15,000-square-foot, full-service fitness center, 200-person conference facility, and a full service, on-site café (Bistro 333).
In addition, the well-located campus includes 2,000 parking spaces, and free shuttle service to and from the White Plains Metro North Railroad Station.
“Our four-building campus is the most active office tenant destination in the market,” said Horowitz, who noted that Monument Corporate Park signed more than 50,000 square feet of new leases in 2014. “In addition we have excellent synergy and a long-term relationship with the Colliers team. They have tremendous market knowledge and understand the best way to provide maximum value.”
Recently signed tenants at Monument Corporate Park include Reis, USI, Prager Metis, USA Vision Systems, and CURE. Other tenants include the Westchester County Medical Society and Amalgamated Life.
