“The office had a total renovation using the concept of 'hoteling' making the area inviting and using open spaces and new and warm colors,” said Louise Colonna, the White Plains branch manager. "When agents are in the office, their time is spent using computers. That’s the reason we made two resource areas. The flow of the office is very conducive to having agents interacting with each other. The message is “this is the place to be."

The opening event on May 7 was attended by more than 100 people including fellow Coldwell Banker Brokers, Managers, Agents and Staff and staff and other members of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORs. Several local businesses also sent representatives.
