The CBRE team of Executive Vice President William Cuddy and Associate Jacqueline Novotny will represent the Sisters of the Divine Compassion in marketing the property for sale.
The property at 52 N. Broadway, adjacent to the Pace Law School Campus, consists of 12 buildings in the heart of White Plains immediately off the Cross Westchester Expressway. The site is also accessible via the Metro North Harlem line’s White Plains station and the County Bee-line Bus System.
The property can be sold as a single site comprising the entire 16 acres. Campus buildings include the Good Counsel Convent Motherhouse, Good Counsel Academy High School and Elementary School, the RDC Counseling Center and the Chapel of the Divine Compassion. The property is expected to attract interest from a wide range of residential development and prospective institutional end users.
“White Plains is home to a diverse mix of educational institutions, Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions,” Cuddy said. “This vast, iconic campus, and its in-place infrastructure, provides the perfect opportunity for a developer or academic institution to join others who have made White Plains a thriving live/work/play destination. We look forward to bringing it to market.”
