The five-minute video features local officials who have cut their budgets due to shared services.
The Expo will be held at Westchester County Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. County Executive Rob Astorino will host the Expo.
"“The challenge of government doing more with less has never been greater. One solution is for various levels of government to come together to share resources and expertise," Astorino said in a statement. "The public doesn’t care who is doing the job. What they care about are results and getting value for their tax dollars.”
Walk-in registration is permitted, however online registration is strongly preferred. Online registration must be completed by Sept. 24.
The Westchester County Center is located at 198 Central Avenue in White Plains.
