Britain Debating Banning Bedford's Donald Trump From Country

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – A debate on whether or not to ban Donald Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, from the United Kingdom is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 18, in Parliament, according to multiple reports.

A citizen's petition filed Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015, calling for the ban of the GOP presidential candidate received more than 568,000 signatures, CNN International reports. 

Petitions need at least 100,000 before a debate can be considered, reports CNN.

Trump has been under fire for his comments calling to temporarily ban all Muslims from the U.S.
