Shaquille Taylor, 19, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Police responded Thursday morning, Aug. 16, to Wal-Mart at 275 Main St., where store security officers said they saw Taylor take $50 and $20 bills, crumple them up, and put them in his front right pocket.
Security took police to Taylors register, where a search revealed a $50 bill and a $20 bill in his wallet. He was arrested, then later released on his own recognizance.
