WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Police found 12.79 grams of cocaine in the home of a White Plains man who they were investigating for three months, police said.
Olando Streete, 37, was arrested and charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Police used a search warrant of his person and car and a consent order to search his room at 254 Martine Ave., according to a police report. Police found 12.79 grams of cocaine and 27 small clear Ziploc bags, along with $1,220 in his apartment. Streete also had $968 on his person when he was arrested.
Police would not comment further on the details of their investigation.
Streete is being held, pending arraignment.
