On Tuesday, Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that Eisenberg, 29, was sentenced after pleading guilty in June to felony counts of promoting obscene sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.

In early February, investigators from the District Attorney’s office received a Cyber Tip from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children task force, alerting them that they had traced Eisenberg’s IP address, “where images containing child pornography had been downloaded.”

In a statement, DiFiore said that “among the images downloaded were prepubescent girls in various stages of undress with adult males also not wearing any clothing.”

Less than two weeks after the investigation began, investigators from the district attorney’s office teamed with the Eastchester Police Department to execute a search warrant on Eiesenberg’s apartment, where they recovered 17 thumb drives, his cell phone, two laptops and a pair of external hard drives, all of which contained child pornography.

In all, more than 7,000 images were discovered. Due to a previous felony on his record, Eisenberg’s sentence was enhanced. When his prison sentence is complete, Eisenberg will have to register as a sexual offender.
