SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – A Sleepy Hollow man has pleaded guilty to charges that he took photos up women's skirts at a Target store in White Plains.

Jose Piedra, 48, faces a maximum of four years in state prison and will be required to register as a sex offender. He pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance, a class E felony, Thursday.

Piedra was observed milling around the City Center store and using a cell phone to take photos underneath women's skirts in August 2011, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office said. The office said Piedra also was seen on store surveillance video committing the crime.

After obtaining a warrant, police found several videos of at least three women on Piedra's phone, the district attorney's office said.

Piedra will be sentenced Dec. 13.
