White Plains Man Charged With DWI Under Leandra's Law

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. – A White Plains man was arrested Saturday for aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, reports the New York State Police.

Conrad C. Henry, 28, was stopped by police on the Taconic State Parkway for speeding. While troopers interviewed Henry, they observed that he was intoxicated, according to the report.

Henry was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, a class E felony, for having a passenger under the age of 16 in his vehicle at the time of the stop, according to officials.

Henry was issued traffic tickets and is due in the Town of Mount Pleasant Court Thursday, Sept. 10.
