A traffic stop in North White Plains Friday resulted in the arrest of a local man found to be in possession of 190 glassine envelopes of heroin, North Castle Police said on Saturday.
Members of the North Castle Police Department and Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task forced arrested 52-year-old Kevin Finney of North White Plains after the traffic stop of Finney's 2004 Chevrolet Malibu in the area of Hillandale Avenue.
Finney was charged with possession of a controlled substance (a Class B felony) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (a Class C felony).
He was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail on $10,000 bond/$5,000 cash bail and is due back in North Castle Town Court on Oct. 17.
