Man Accused Of Using iPhone As Weapon At The Westchester Mall

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- White Plains police arrested a Queens man who was accused  of assaulting another man at The Westchester Mall on Wednesday, according to LoHud.com.

De Guo Li, 30, told police he began fighting with the man after he had shoved his wife. Li hit the man with his iPhone in the back of the head several times after the fight escalated. Li's wife, Jian Feng, 28, and a second man, Qin Yan Lin, 41, also began punching and kicking the man and were arrested, LoHud.com reported. 

The victim was taken to White Plains Hospital to be treated for his minor injuries, LoHud.com said.

Li was charged with second-degree assault and possession of a weapon while his accomplices were charged with third-degree assault, according to LoHud.com.
