Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, a White Plains resident and the spiritual leader of Congregation Sulam Yaakov in Larchmont, was charged with impersonating an officer after a 24-year-old woman said he pulled her over on Mamaroneck Avenue, CBS News reported.

The woman refused to get out of her car and called police, who showed up at the scene and charged Borodowski with the felony.

The second person, Peter Moses of White Plains, told CBS News a similar incident happened to him in White Plains when Borodowski pulled him over. Moses said Borodowski started following him in Scarsdale. Moses is a former employee of The Daily Voice.
