WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Police found a White Plains man, 26, dead in his apartment Tuesday morning with a single bullet wound that appeared to be self-inflicted, Public Safety Commissioner David Chong said.
Police are investigating the death as a suicide.
"The department's prayers and support are with the family at this time," Chong said.
Police discovered the man's body in his 7 Quincy Lane home at approximately 8:25 a.m. His name has not been released.
