WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – A 30-year-old White Plains man looking for sexual favors at the Winbrook housing complex was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, according to a police report.

Luis Madueno, who lives on Trenton Avenue, entered the apartment building at 159 S. Lexington Ave. at 12:30 a.m. Friday, then left through the rear a few minutes later, the report says.

Police patrolling the area thought he had no reason to be there and had acted suspiciously while entering the building. Police stopped him on Post Road to question him.

Madueno told the police he was looking for a Puerto Rican woman who does sexual favors for him in exchange for money and checked both apartment buildings because he didn’t know which one she lived in, the report says.

Police charged him with third-degree criminal trespassing. When police took him to headquarters, they discovered he had an outstanding warrant for disorderly conduct in White Plains. He was held for court.
