WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – A 3-year-old girl pulled out of a White Plains home fire by firefighters on Saturday morning has died in the hospital, according to multiple reports.

The girl and her grandfather were in upstairs bedrooms when the fire began, according to News 12 Westchester. The man was also pulled from the home. His condition has not been released.

Firefighters responded to a call at around 11:45 a.m. and were able to get the fire under control in 15 minutes, reported lohud.com.

The identities of the man and 3-year-old have not been released.
