WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Ursala (Elsie) Candrea, of White Plains, died April 7. She was 91.
Candrea was born Nov. 1, 1923, to Nicholas and Bessie Candrea in White Plains, working for Precision Watch Making in North White Plains.
She was a Eucharist minister, a member of the Rosary Altar Society of Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla, and a member of the Columbettes in White Plains.
Candrea was predeceased by her parents, brother Pete Candrea, and four sisters, Angie Giggliotti, Theresa Rush, Ann Prill and Jean Lyons, and is survived by son Nicholas Graziano, three sisters, Laura Copola, Jenny Morf of Garnerville, and Rose Hall of Cobleskill, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visiting hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hawthorne Funeral Home.
A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Valhalla.
Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Greenburgh.
