WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Ralph Santore, 93, of White Plains, died Wednesday, Jan. 21.
He was born in Ardsley to the late Raffaele and Angelina (Lobascio) Santore. He was married to Dorothy Reifeiff, who predeceased him.
Santore served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He worked for Smith Cairns Ford in Bronxville as a top mechanic for many years. He was an avid bowler and golfer.
He is survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by six sisters and four brothers.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday, Jan. 22, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Avenue, Dobbs Ferry. A funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 23, at 10 a.m., also at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
