Mary Magnotta Donato Livaccari, 88, Of White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Mary Magnotta Livaccari of White Plains died Dec. 1. She was 88.

Livaccari was born July 9, 1925, in New York City, to Gaetano and Columbia Magnotta. She graduated from White Plains High School in 1943. She worked at Bank of New York, County Optical, Sterling Optical, and Armonk Cleaners.

Livaccari is survived by her daughters, Maria DePaul (Albert) of Mahopac and Diana Donato-Katz (Mark) of New York; sister, Grace Longo of Bedford; brother, John Magnotta of Mahopac; and three grandsons. She was predeceased by her parents; brother, George Magnotta; and husband, Russell Livaccari.

Calling hours are Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Ave., White Plains. A Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5 at Mt. Carmel Church, 92 S. Lexington Ave., in White Plains with burial following the service at Holy Mount Cemetery in Eastchester.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
