Born in White Plains on July 6, 1984, Pennelle, was the youngest daughter of Peter Pennelle and Linda Pennelle (Carrozza).
She is survived by her parents and her three sisters and brothers-in-law's including Teresa (Chris) Robinson; Lisa (Scott) Seifert, and Kelli (Chuck) Miller. She also has three nieces Kayla and Riley Miller and Ashley Robinson.
Her family described her as a warm hearted, compassionate, brave and fierce woman.
A funeral mass was held on Saturday, Nov. 5 at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Lake Carmel. Interment followed at the St. Lawrence O'Toole Cemetery, Brewster.
