WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – David J. O'Sullivan, 74, of White Plains, died Sunday, May 17.
He was born Dec. 27, 1940, in Cold Spring, to the late Ruth Nelson and John O'Sullivan.
He was a pharmacist at Dobbs Ferry Hospital, until his retirement last year.
O’Sullivan also was a former St. Agnes Hospital employee.
Survivors include four sons, Kevin (Jennifer) O'Sullivan, Chris (Regina) O'Sullivan, Brian (Patricia) O’Sullivan, and Michael O’Sullivan; one daughter, Meghan O’Sullivan; two sisters, Ruth O'Dell and Janet Sher; and seven grandchildren.
Calling hours are from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home , 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 920 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-On-Hudson.
