WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Christine Cassavecca of White Plains died Sept. 8. She was 79.
Cassavecca was born Feb. 12, 1935, in Ossining, to Grace Pizzuzusso and Charles Conti.
Cassavecca is survived by her sons, Patsy Cassavecca of White Plains and Peter Cassavecca of Harrison; brothers, Augie, Tony and Chickie Conti; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Borges.
Calling hours are Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home Inc., 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 148 Hamilton Ave., White Plains.
