WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Christina Ruth Buckley Silverman, 46, of White Plains, died Friday, June 26.
She was born in New York City on Dec. 9, 1968, to Madeline and Walter Buckley. She was raised and educated in Ardsley and graduated cum laude from New York University.
She enjoyed a very successful career in advertising before retiring from NBC Universal to raise her two sons.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Silverman, and sons, Jack and Ben; her mother, Madeline; and her sister, Jennifer (Carlos) O'Connell.
Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at Edwards Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave. Ardsley.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10 a.m., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 535 Ashford Ave., Ardsley.
Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital at P.O. Box 1000, Memphis, TN 38101 would be appreciated.
