Charles 'Chip' Bingham, 57, of White Plains

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Charles "Chip" Bingham, formerly of Hastings-on-Hudson, died June 11. He was 57. 

He was born in Dobbs Ferry to Charles E. and Dorothy Bingham. He lived in Hastings and Dobbs Ferry prior to moving to White Plains 15 years ago. Bingham graduated from Hastings High School in 1973, where played varsity baseball and basketball for four years. He had an affinity for music and sports and a great love for the San Francisco Giants. 

Bingham is survived by his mother, Dorothy; a sister, Linda (David) DeSisto; a brother, Mark (Michelle) Bingham; three nieces and a nephew. 

Visiting hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home in Dobbs Ferry. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Church of St. Matthew in Hastings-on-Hudson. 

Memorials donations may be made to the Hastings Volunteer Fire Department or Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
