A senior partner at the law firm Shamberg Marwell Hollis Andreycak & Laidlaw, P.C., in Mount Kisco, Andreycak had more than 25 years of experience in real estate, corporate and commercial law.
"Catherine will be remembered by all of us as a brilliant attorney who cared deeply for our profession and worked tirelessly on behalf of our clients," said P. Daniel Hollis, III Esq. "Her wisdom, integrity, and kindness were her trademark attributes, and we will always remember her strong sense of humanity, which served as an example for us all."
Andreycak was a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Fairfield University. She served as the articles editor of the Fordham Law Review from 1983-84.
She was also active in many community affairs and has served on the board of several educational, religious and non-profit organizations.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 18 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 85 East Main St., Mount Kisco. A reception will follow in the church hall.
