Carmella V. Lyons, 74, Of White Plains; Worked At Coleman School

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Carmella V. Lyons, 74, of White Plains died on Tuesday, March 3 at White Plains Hospital Center.

Carmella was was born on July 31, 1940 to the late Peter and Anna Guglielmo in White Plains. She worked for John A. Coleman School in White Plains.

She is survived by her children, Kelli (Fred) Palma and Kevin (Dolores Pinto) Lyons of White Plains; sister, Marian (Brooke) Jallade of White Plains and five grandchildren. She also is survived her aunt Dawn (Gerry) Gizzo. She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Lyons, in 1980 and brother, Peter Guglielmo Jr.

Reposing will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 6 at Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 W. Stevens Ave. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 7 at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 2 Broadway Ave. in Valhalla. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Greenburgh.
