White Plains Schools Will Have Delayed Start Wednesday

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The White Plains School District announced Tuesday night it will have a two-hour delayed opening on Wednesday as a result of the winter storm.

The district could decide to close on Wednesday morning if conditions warrant.
